Throughout the process, I was told that someone would call me to answer my questions, however, I did not get any calls. Instead, I was the one who had to initiate those calls. Also, prior to the ordering and installing of the bumper, I had a small request of your shop not putting in the front bumper and I would do it myself. The person who I spoke with said it would not be a problem. Last Friday, I was told that they screwed on the license plate. The explanation I got was they wanted to get the car done. I honestly don't see how their speed would have been hindered by the request. As a customer, I feel that this place does not know how to communicate. If you are telling me you are going to do something, make sure to follow through.

the group was quick to do work. I left heard an unusual sound. Returned to the shop. They test drove the car and found the problem and it was returned to me in ****/2 hour noise free. Running well.

It was dark when I picked up my car tonight. It looks good but I will let you know in the morning if I see an issue. It was very nice that it was cleaned inside and out. Those types of services add to the personal touch of great customer service. Thank you!

I am very particular when it comes to my vehicles so when my insurance company advised this would be a “preferred” repair facility, i was not completely thrilled, however, I could not have asked for a better experiance. The work was completed as promised and my Mercedes looks showroom perfect! Thank you so much for the great job! I will recommend to friends and family at any time. Office staff was great and the facility provided a relaxed and clean environment. Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond. So happy to have my car back with no indication that repairs have been completed.
