My claim was handled efficiently and with much courtesy.

I was very impressed with the whole process. My car was done in the amount of time I was quoted and I liked getting the email updates and pictures while it was in the shop. I would highly recommend CarStar to my friends.

While the work performed was excellent, the customer service could have been significantly better. Originally, we were told it would be done within two days and should expect email and phone updates on the progress. Three days later, with me calling everyday to find out the status, the work was completed. And when I asked about it on the final day, the customer service representative seemed surprised I was calling. They should develop a method to track and monitor customer calls and better manage expectations. I am always so pleased with this CarStar branch. Joe is especially amazing and always takes the time to be sure that any of my questions and concerns are answered. Nicole at the front desk is fabulous as well and is warm and inviting. These two make me feel like I am a part of this CarStar family. Oh.... and my car was washed , vacuumed , and cleaned inside and out. The repairs were done so quickly and it looks like I never had an accident! Thanks CarStar! You are the only place I will ever take my cars!
