Job well done!! I like the ease of working with my insurance company and having my car rental waiting for me. I was impressed with the email updates including the picture of my car on the lift!!! The staff was professional and very friendly. No complaints and everything was great. Next time I crash my car (hopefully never), it's Carstar!!!

Best experience I ever had. They took care of everything and I mean EVERYTHING for me. And...they cleaned my car when they were done. Seriously their service blew me away!

I filled out the survey but I will say again that I've never experienced such fantastic service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Kelly was so helpful and kept me updated all the way through. They even had the rental car waiting and I was able to drop it off there also. They turned what can be a very inconvenient and somewhat stressful experience into a non-issue. The car looked great and they even went the extra mile and detailed it inside and out. I will recommend them to everyone I know. You have yourself one very satisfied customer. You have a good thing going with the way you're running your business, keep up the good work !!!!

I have to first say your office and work area were very clean and I really like that. Also I really appreciate all the photos of my car and each step you took to take care of it. You kept me well informed about everthing you were doing to my car. When my car was ready not only did you let me know with plenty of notice, but also even though you were busy you made time to bring my car to my job so I would not have too leave work early. I really appreciate you doing that. Once I saw my car I have to say it looked amazing, I could not believe that it was the same car. Never even looked like it had gotten hit, and looks like the day I picked it up at the dealership. Thank you for all your hard work and for how much detail you put into making it prefect. If I ever need body work again or if I know someone that does I will be sure to send them your way. Thank you again.
