Very unsatisfied work parts that were put on or falling off. Car need to be taken back in video was taken of the work that was done and sent to Allstate poor workmanship that was done on the car completely unsatisfied

Ruben was ahhhmazing!! Very professional and quick. He kept me up to date with everything. The service is as it’s been all my life. I grew up living across the street and my dad would bring his cars to Bay Cities so the two accidents I’ve had on both of my cars over the years; I only thought of Bay Cities. I won’t take my cars anywhere else but there. You guys have always done consistent Bomb **** work! I’m always happy with the treatment I receive and will definitely be back if I need anymore body work done. Thanks, Ruben for everything!!
