The work you have is fine. Catalytic converter replaced The problem was the catalyctic converter that was intalled was stolen again a day after i picked up my Toyota Sequoia. Now Allstate referred me to other repair shop in the community and the price is cheaper compared to your charges.

Bay Cities from day **** was amazing! The staff was very friendly and made it comfortable for me to discuss everything. My rep that was in charge of my repair was Carlos & he was great! Communication was always on point throughout the whole repair & he was always very professional and friendly. It is this great experience that has gained them my business from here on out with anything I need done to my vehicles! Awesome staff & awesome work
