Noah called frequently to report progress and my car was finished on the day he had told me it would be. All the people I spoke with were friendly and helpful.

I appreciated the willingness to detail the estimate process. I have talked to other body shops who clearly had no concern for focusing on economy. I am aware that most bids come straight out of what the books say we can get for this work, but I prefer thinking that the professional will adjust how the work is done by what he knows is the best and most economical in terms of money and time-- and that requires knowing his workers as well as the nature of the repairs. As I told you at the time, I had been trained as an adjuster, and worked with collision repair shops in the 70's. Some were dismissive of a woman adjuster, and others made a point of teaching me what the art of the estimate is, which included knowing the market for parts and the range of tools and skills within their shops. California was different even then, but I felt confidence in the estimate , and a little concern at the difference in the end-- which was explained adequately.

Very friendly staff

There is still trim on the panel over the left rear wheel that is sticking out. I can see that it's not connected on the top.
