I was very pleased with the repair to my car’s bumper. However, I was displeased with how the interior of my car was left. Everything from my trunk was strewn about my back seat, including dirt and dead leaves. There was a random broken plastic piece on the floor (that I’m hoping isn’t important?) and thick black dirt or oil was smeared on my driver’s side door interior cloth lining and I was unable to wash it completely out. I was surprised and especially disappointed because everything else about my experience at Westside was great.

I brought my vehicle to Westside because it was the preferred provider of an insurance company that I was working with due to an accident where I was not at fault. Since repairs were already being done I got an estimate for two other repairs. Ultimately I opted to have just one of the two additional repairs done. I expressed That I wanted the repair on the driver side done. I used the term driver side because I wouldn’t know which side you might call right or left. When I came to get my car the driver’s side repair wasn’t done. The repair had been done on the other side. I was so disappointed and when I went back into the shop to mention this I felt like I was pretty much told “whoops, sorry about that “ and that was it. The rep even said “ I wondered about that.” I don’t know what type of dialogue went on between my insurance and your shop and I’ll be checking tomorrow to see what was sent to them but if there was any question this should have been clarified before the work was started.
