From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff, and was updated by text on a regular basis. John Jensen was the person who helped me with my car, and explained everything in clear, detail. He was very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and he did a wonderful job repairing my car. I will think of John’s customer service when I recommend others to JP Auto.

My car was hit by an object from the road and I immediately contacted my insurance company. They made an appointment for me at JP Auto Body Shop and booked a rental car as a replacement while my car was being repaired. They were open on a Saturday which is very convenient for people who work 9-5. The process itself was extremely smooth; the shop had an excellent communication with both my insurance company and the rental service. Johnny made sure I was informed about every step and did not waste my time like people at other places do. When I picked up my car the next Saturday, not only was it repaired, but they also cleaned the interior and exterior! The car looked as clean and new as the day I bought it. I am not surprised that JP Auto Body Shop has all these glowing reviews, they really care. Thank you!
