I really appreciated that Ray explained all the work that was going to be done in detail and explanations for the costs of it. He kept me informed throughout the whole process. I appreciate that he was realistic about how long it would take to be done and ended up being 2 days quicker than expected.

JP Auto is very professional. Super efficient with their work as my vehicle was finished way ahead of schedule (less than a week) and as I see with other vehicles they’re working on. Their quality and attention to detail is at high standard as my vehicle was not only repaired but all the parts look brand new.

Excellent experience. Took good care of me and my Mercedes. I got into a fender bender on 8/27/19. I got my car back on 9/13/19. I am happy with my experience at JP Auto Body Shop. John Jensen was the rep who helped me and he represents this business swell along with his self. There where to other individuals that assisted me with my tire pressure system when it would not read on my dash board and they where both down to earth and friendly excellent experience with them as well. You can not go wrong with this shop. I recommend this shop with high standards. Service 5 stars Experience 5 stars Work quality 5 stars Overall 5 stars
