I did not get a call that my car was ready for pick up. When i called to follow up, I was told that you had tried to call but no voicemail was set up. I had no missed calls. I asked that you call after i hang up to make sure my phone was working and you were able to call me right away. I called to follow up at 11 am, your shop was open at 8 am, no one tried to call me since you opened. Just a little annoyed about that.

I enjoyed my experience with Son's. Everyone was very was really nice and I am very pleased with the quality of your work. I am glad that I chose to use you rather than go back to the last repair shop that I used. I will be using you again to make the repairs that I spoke about when I was there. Now my check engine lights on plus the line on side is still there I also asked to check tires becouse I just payed 700 on them and I think one has a leak an I bring it back for you to look at ? Otherwise I'm very happy with the whole process thanks

When picking up the vehicle after the first attempt at repairs... my car had the wrong trim in the window, a piece fell off my door when I opened it ... and there was a big hole in the cieling that had nothing to do with the original accident.
Then I had to pick up my car before the repairs were finished because my rental agreement was coming to an end with Geico.
So my repairs are not finished yet. I'm very unsatisfied with the way they tried to deliver me my car.
