My oil / transmission fluid is leaking. I called Geico to have the adjuster re-evaluate.

My front license plate was left in the trunk of the car but was not reattached. When I dropped off the car the initial paperwork asked for the 4 digit radio code and I stated that I didn’t know what it was and I was told in unison by the staff behind the service desk that I didn’t need it/worry about it. Now I can’t use my any of the radio functions. I purchased this car used and didn’t get the owners manuals so now what? I just won’t be able to use the cars radio ever again? We had groceries in the car whe the accident happened , the impact caused a bottle of milk to open and leak in the trunk. I was told the trunk would be cleaned but all they did was replace the tire cover. My car reeks of sour milk. So because some crazy person decided to run a light I have to pay for new license plates, find a way to get the radio working again when I was told that I’d didn’t need to worry about it AND live with this sour milk smell in the car forever?!
