Very well organized and professional staff, from the moment of intake, to assessment, loaner car and return. 15 minutes in and out to drop off and ten minutes at return. Bodywork equally as phenomenal. Detailed list of work undertaken which was completely unnoticeable if looking at the vehicle. Grateful for their attention to detail and responsiveness. They treated my Toyota like a Bentley. Super sensitive to my plight as the victim of a hit-and-run, sharing insights from similar experiences which lessened my grief, anger and frustration.

My appointment was scheduled for ****/30/2017 with set time for drop off at 8:00am in which I followed it exactly. The estimated time of repair was same day.
By the end of the day I received a call to inform me that they will not be able to FINISH my truck but It wasn't because they didn't have enough time to finish it .
It was because they had order the wrong part.my problem is that no one never told me the truth and I had to get a rental when I really didn't need one since my truck was parked in th lot intact until the next day. On ****/31/17 I got a call around 11:09 am that the truck was ready so in all reality all it took to repair was about 3hrs. I didn't have to go spend money or my time on a rental vehicle.
