My hair damage repair took 28 days!!!! Communication didn't happend at all, had to call by my self to find out what's going on! My car was taken to a chevy dealer without my knowledge on what happends to it and even just letting me know. Electirc work to the Ac controller was done what u had to find out my self not somebody letting me know. I got told lies, that my car didn't start anymore from the begging what is not true, because the car was already at the shop for 2 weeks. I have had the rental car so long it needed an oil change. I couldn't go on vacation with my camper because my suv was there that long. I'm so unhappy with everything. After finally getting it back, nobody even letting me know that my remote on they keys is not working anymore. I would never take my car or recommending car craft to anybody. I still found one dent on the back, what I'm not even thinking about taking it back for because it might be there 2 weeks

****. Truck was sent to Bridgetown without consent (day ****) 2. Brandon or Brendon was asked to quote extra work and never called. He took pictures. It was not till I picked it up did they give me a quote. 3. Truck was dirty when I went to pick it up, noticed fender and hood were not fixed. 4. Rear view mirror was missing, found by shifter. Mirror is damaged 5. Told to come back next day they would look at issues. 6. Told they "tried to fix" a not hail damage dent on the fender. The fender had hail damage and was not fixed with PDR. If there was a discrepancy insurance and myself should have been notified. 7. Truck was delivered 2 days late. Extra rental came out of my pocket. 8. Roof has a visible tape line, no effort was made to blend it. 9. Windshield was not fixed. 10. Oil change reminder is gone. I am sure car craft will understand when the insurance contacts them. Also I will be disputing 500 credit card charge. I will be more than happy to use that money to pay to have issue corrected.

When there is a delay in a repair someone in that shop should call the customer to alert them on a delay of the repair

My car was hit after the service was complete. They had to redo my car. The text service is horrible and send too many updates and hard to schedule.
