Car looks phenomenal! But, my car had blue halogen light bulbs and when the front headlights were replaced they were changed to regular light bulbs. My car had no issues and the check engine light is on and the left turn signal green arrow does not come on. beyond that I'm just thankful to have my car back finally!!!!

So far, the repairs seem well done. This process ended up taking 5 weeks. It may have been unavoidable but the communication was often wrong about completion dates, raised false hopes of completion , caused me to take my rental car back prematurely Etc MUCH better communication was warranted. The text updates were so inaccurate as to be far greater harm than good.

I would have liked an offer to pay for a car rental. The repair was estimated at 5 days and took much longer. I was in the middle of a move and could have used two cars instead of one.

I received a text every day updating me on the progress, which I really appreciated, sometimes twice a day. A girl i work with also had her car in a body shop for repairs that was not going as smoothly as my repair, she would tell her husband that I was getting texts everyday on the progress ???? I was very pleased with the service I received and how nice my car looked! Thank you!

I want to thank the people at Car Craft for doing an excellent job fixing my son's car, especially the Manager Tim, who went above and beyond to make sure the car was finished professionally, and timely. I have had all my cars repaired with them and have never been disappointed. A definite thumbs up to a stand up autobody shop????

Repair work was good quality but car was completely dirty after what appeared to be irrigation water stains and dirt from car being left out over night. Inside windshield and rear view camera display were really smeared from some sort of chemical on towels. My car was just cleaned/serviced coming into your shop but dirty coming out.

Poor communication. Also didn't know they needed a part until the last minute, which delayed getting the car done and returned by days.
