Everything was awesome. I liked two things above everything else. #**** they were flexible on when I could pick up my car and accommodated my schedule. #2 Chelsea (forgive spelling) was more concerned about my insurance paying the bill than I was. This is a good thing because she demonstrated ownership over my interests. She really went way above any expectation. The entire team was amazing.

Everyone was pleasant and efficiently took car of me and my car! I was thoroughly pleased!

The repair was done in a timely manner. But when my daughter got into the passenger side of the car the door handle and gasket fell off in her hand. Also there was a rusty fender screw put on my car that doesn't even match the others. The others are black. There is no rust on my car anywhere. I'm wondering what else was missed or not done right.

The repair looks great! The communication during the repair process was ridiculous! The texts notifications didn't line up with process completion. Told me an estimated completion date one day with the texts service. Then told me it would be done a day earlier. I called the day AND TIME it was to be complete asking if the car was ready for pick up and was told it was maybe being detailed and I would get a call after they were done. An hour later, no call. I was waiting around work to pick up my car. I call again, no answer because they were closed. I wasn't called to inform me it would not be completed that day. Called the following day to see where we were in the process and the guy that answered asked me multiple times what my name was and what car I was getting repaired. He was telling me that I still had a week because I had to get a whole new door. I was completely confused as this was to be repairable and not have to replace anything. The guy goes on and on as I am starting to freak about not having my car another week and the guy says he needs to call me back. He was talking to me about the wrong car the entire time!! It was ridiculous.
