This was (sadly) the second time I've had to have damage repaired on my car! GEICO sent me here both times and both times the work and service were exquisite!!! Would highly recommend!!

The process of getting my car fixed at Car Craft could not have been any easier. They were very nice and polite while walking me through the whole process and answering my questions. I was very pleased with my service and my car looks amazing! I especially like the text message updates so I was never left guessing how long it would take. The insurance company, Safeco, had set up to pay the 500 deductible so my daughter could pick up her escape. Chelsea was adamant that she would not release the car without proof. Instead of investigating if someone else in the office knew about the arrangememt, she spent 20 mintues on the phone making plans with a resort she is going to in September- while my daughter waited for someone else to solve the problem with the deductible arrangement.

The car looks great and it was done very quickly!

It was unbelievably fast! It was hard to coordinate with the hours of operation and no weekend hours, but other than that, wonderful!

I had to take my car back 2 times after the original repair. The body work was done fine but I feel that the shop did not properly check all associated issues that could have been there when replacing the fuel tank. This caused my car to have the check engine light come on and when the manger checked this out he stated he did not know what the codes meant. I had my car in for some maintenance with my mechanic and they checked the engine light codes and basically said it was the fuel pump which was making the car hard to start. I called the insurance adjuster and he approved pump replacement but on my 2nd visit all they did was fix the wiring issue that was causing the engine light and didn't bother to find out if the fuel pump was damaged which was cause for the 3rd visit and it was found this was the issue and now it is solved. I wasted a lot of time and stress over whether I was going to get my car started each day. As you can tell I have been very frustrated with this process. I feel they more could have been done to check everything out before returning my car back to me.

Best treatment by any service org. ever. Great front people. Great communication. Quality work. Completed job on time.
