The work was good but the communication was bad. Promises were made and not kept. Each time our car wasn't ready as promised, we were given a different reason as to why not. The car was kept 8 days longer than the promised completed time.

I was notified that my car was complete, when I came to get it the car still had hail dents that needed repair and scratches that needed to be buffed out. Work was finished by the next day, however when I came to get the car, the hood was spotted with some substance. Shop personnel quickly washed it off. When I got into my car the inside door Handel was covered in a greasy substance, which is also on the upper door trim on the driver's side. You guys really need to work on housekeeping, I should not have so scrub this stuff off, but I was fed up and did not want to have to complain to your staff anymore about obvious quality defects.

Your team was very friendly during my drop off and pick up, thank you. Also, thank you for the repairs performed, I appreciate your work. I would have some suggestions for a better experience: a follow up with the repairs status (I was given different info each time and I made each call rather than receiving an accurate estimation of time the vehicle would be ready. Inaccurate text updates are difficult to plan around. In addition, a clean car upon pick up would have been preferred. There was residue left inside on multiple surfaces that was not there prior. Driving away in a clean car is expected. A quick interior vacuum and wiping after use would have been a service bonus as well as clearing debris from the hood since it was replaced. My car was ready at 5 and when I went back to ask a question, the door was locked. If I had had any issues with my car after looking over the work,that would have been a problem. Great service would have been to allow time to check my car myself or until I had driven off your lot. Thank you again for your service.

I would recommend scrapping the text message updates. It lead to some confusion that temporarily soured what was an excellent experience. I would like to say Chelsea Schweppes worked very hard to make sure the matter was resolved to my satisfaction.

No one told me my car would not be finished Friday. I had to call. Enterprise gave me this huge Expedition which was the only car they had. I agreed to pay the 20 dollars for two days because I was afraid of hail and they said i would have been responsible. I finally called Friday myself and they said my car would not be done until Monday. I tracked down a actual car at an enterprise. Had I known earlier Friday I would have only paid for the extra 20 dollars a day and not 40. I think you should be responsible for 20 dollars of that. I followed your tracker all dat Friday. There was no indication my car would not have been ready that day.
