Ok I just picked up my Hyandai Accent. I got collision repair done on my car. The collision work is satisfactory. Everything on the car is lined up new and straight. I received a phone call saying the work is done and my car would be detailed. I told them that would not be necessary since I keep the car myself. They did it anyway. I am more that displeased with this. Don't use words like detail a car to someone who knows what a detail looks like. You guys left flaws all over my car. Now I have to take my own time and fix your mistakes. You guys should take the time to do your customers right. Worst wax job I have ever seen.

Every single person we, my husband and I, dealt with were absolutely great! The insurance adjuster that I had the pleasure of talking with was phenomenal! My vehicle looks great and I couldn't be happier with how quickly they got me back in my vehicle!

The traffic sensor is now showing an error. It appears to not work on the passenger side only, which is the side that was repaired. Other than that, am satisfied with the work performed.

I marked completely satisfied, but really there was a small issue. The inside door paneling pieces were not back together properly. This was the case for both front doors, but the area of body work was the back drivers door. That paneling was also out of alignment. We got it fixed, but the circumstance is odd.
