My car sat for 3 weeks while an outside adjuster came and assessed. Tgere was a seperate claim for damage I didn't know existed. I was told I have to do a walk through and that was what I assumed was happening. My adjuster said it was damage, even though I couldn't say that the vadal that damage my car had anything to do with the few miscellaneous scratches that were on the second claim. In short the outside adjuster took forever to even turn the estimate over to my insurance company. Only to have the claim denied. Nope won't ever come back. Awful experience and will be telling this today.

Everyone was courteous throughout the process, I was kept informed of progress, IT WAS COMPLETED EARLY (small miracle) and the car looks and performs well. It was a team effort from the young lady who worked with me on the paperwork to turn it in, to the gentleman who helped me get it back again.
