To be honest everything seemed fine till a check light appeared and I was told my vehicle isnt safe to drive. But in the confusion of the auto body shop needing to keep my car another day and me returning my rental car I was left stranded with no vehicle. To add to my frustration the light has now reappeared and I noticed new scratches that were not there prior to me dropping off my car. I haven't said anything to the auto shop due to the that fact I use my vehicle for work and I wouldn't have time to go back, get a new rental and wait. Please understand your auto body shop did a great job but just lacked in the final customer details.

Did not tell me my car would be moved to a different location. Told me they would call before the car started collecting an invoice. I had to call them to then find out the car had collected an invoice of almost $3,000 just for sitting at the lot. This is not how a customer should be taken care of.

We are still waiting for a Honda Corporation trim part for the passenger window area of our 2009 Honda Accord. It is a “no ETA” part via MAB’s usual supplier, and my MAB repair leader says there is nothing to do but wait. We took the car with a written agreement to install the part and a related part when it arrives. It has not yet been designated as a DISCONTINUED part, but if it is, MAB has offered no way to complete the repair. That is unsettling and would not be acceptable to us, as it would greatly diminish the resale value of the car.

There was a couple screws in the cupholder hopefully they were not needed haha. My car was repaired not just time but early, everyone totally professional and everything looks and works like new. Five stars!

I took my car into this shop since my auto insurance aaa said it was one of their “authorized shops”. Since the beginning I should have seen that this will probably not go smooth. The day I walked in the electricity was out and that they couldn’t process anything in the computer until Monday and that I would receive a call Monday. Monday comes and no call, I decided to give them another day and nothing. Comes Wednesday i decided to call my insurance and they said that they should have called me since they had already gotten the quote and I just had to drop the car off( no communication from the shop at all). So I went in thursday to drop it off and they said it will be 9 days for the repairs to be done. A couple days pass by and my insurance calls me instead of the shop and tells me that they were “ahead of schedule” and would be done by Friday April 9th. I told her so it got delayed because they said 9 days and that would make 11 days not even counting 2 weekends since they close Saturday and Sunday. I was under Impression that maybe they found something that had to get fixed in addition whenever they inspected the car so it delayed it (completely understand but again no update or communication from the shop). A couple days later I get a call from the shop saying my car can get picked up on Tuesday (day 8). I was surprised that it was done ahead of time (I asked to make sure that the car was driving correctly). They assured me yes the car is working perfectly fine. I go in with one of my friends that gave me a ride and while I was paying they went to take it for a test drive and immediately my friend comes back and says car is not driving straight. I then take it for a test drive myself and of course the csr is pulling to the left. I then inform Eric that I’m not taking the car because it’s not driving correctly. He said they will check alignment again and have it ready in a day. Later that day he calls me and tells me oh I’m sorry I mixed up your paperwork with another car. How do you even do that??? He said that there was apart that had to get changed and will get it taken care of the next day and be ready that same day or the next day in the morning. I don’t get a call for 2 days until I call to find out what’s going on, and he answers me with yes it’s ready, again I ask if it’s driving correctly and he assure me everything is good to go. Once again I get a ride to go pick up the car and drive it and once again the car is not driving correctly ( do you guys not drive the cars and just go based on a computer saying everything is okay). We are back to square one where car is not even ready and on day 10. Eric then tells me we will re align it once again and it will be corrected, I ask if there’s maybe anything else that needs to be done or change or maybe something under my car is damaged. He ensures me that everything on my car is okay amd just needs to get aligned again: next day he did the alignment **** or 2 more time and he says everything is good but the car is still not driving correctly (finally actually driving the car). He said they will take it to another shop on Monday to see if they can fix it. They had the shop do the alignment and then another shop do another alignment, at this point we have probably 6 or more alignments done and nothing has fixed it. Next day Tuesday they say they have to now take it to the dealer (should have maybe done that since the beginning when they couldn’t figure it out). They tell me that by Wednesday they will have the information of a tech and I can talk to them to figure out. Keep in mind this whole time I’m getting things told to me that I maybe have to get new tires or that it could be something else and I would have to be more money out of pocket. Thursday morning comes and I haven’t received any information of the tech so I figured they probably they haven’t gotten it out to the dealer. I call the shop once again and Eric says oh yes your csr is here and it’s all fixed. Again no communication whatsoever!!!! I wanted to get my oil change while the car was at the shop and my insurance told the tech Eric and it wasn’t taken care of. After talking to him he said they realignment the car and had to reset something on the car as well. One entire week to figure this out (what a waste of time). My insurance then called the shop and told them I need my oil change so they took it to the dealer the next day and will have it ready for me in the morning. I informed them I had to work from 9-6, I get a call that morning saying it will be ready in the afternoon and that they will personally drop the car off to my house for all the inconveniences. I get a call that day in the afternoon by another rep (not even Eric who took my case) saying csr was ready and for me to come pick it up even tho we had agreed to get my car dropped off to my house. I ended leaving work at 4 to be able to get to the shop. I finally got there a little before closing time and the car was finally driving correctly. Overall a terrible experience, no communication on the shops end, time lines that were being change, incorrect work being done, just a complete mess. I had done services with this same company when they were in a different location but after this experience I will not be going back and I will inform friends and family about it as well.

Although the answer to the question is yes, the question should have had a numerical answer. The car was promised on a certain day, which was returned on the promised day but with problems that were easily visible to the untrained eye. I was told by a rep if I wanted to wait for the technicians to return from lunch and that the work would take 20 minutes. Because of my own job that I had to return to, I decided to return to the shop 3 days after. Returning 3 days after, I learned that the vehicle had to stay in the shop another day. Thankfully the rep offered a rental car. Returning the next day. I would have thought that after returning the vehicle once, someone would have had the idea to recheck all systems in relation to the work performed so that the same mistakes wouldn’t have been repeated. Not the case. After receiving the car a second time, another discrepancy was found that wasn’t a discrepancy the first time it was returned to me. Situations like these are reasons why unnecessary spending accumulate. Thanks to my insurance rep for keeping the cool ????
