Every aspect of our experience was professional and positive! Every person we spoke with was helpful and professional. Your customer service was top notch; i.e. setting up rental car pick up and drop off, sending us updates on our repairs, greeting us immediately upon arrival, providing us with thorough and upfront details on our repair, etc. Further, your work on our car was outstanding! Thank you. Everything was smooth and I appreciate the updates. The vaccuumkng of the inside of the car was a great surprise.
The only thing I could ask for would have bee for someone to walk me out to the car and show me the repairs and quickly explain what went into them. Minor, but would have been a nice touch.

Very clear & helpful throughout the entire process, the emails with the updates were great I never had to call in and ask about the vehicle and check in on it, it was a simple notification via email which was great. The Repair was estimated to take about 2-****/2 to 3 weeks based off of the damage that was caused and for parts to come in. The repair time ended up being about 2 weeks and the team did a great job it’s like the car never had to get fixed in the first place and is flawless just like new!
