While it's been just a day since I picked it up the service and paint departments we're expediticious and prompt. They returned the car way ahead of what they probmised. Steve and his staff were professional and it has been a pleasure working with them on fixing my car.

As someone who barely knows enough about cars to drive one I really appreciated the way I was treated at Kissimmee Collision. Steve and the rest of the crew were all super helpful in making sure I knew what was going on and what I needed to do. Steve helped me a lot in understanding the insurance part of things where I was absolutely clueless and obviously I'm really appreciative that I wasn't taken advantage of because of that. And everyone did a great job of pretending they weren't annoyed with all my questions and confusion. My car is absolutely perfect and I'm so happy with the entire process. Thank you so much. I know you're all manly men and and manly men are probably too tough for this but you all deserve like 12 gold stars at least. You're awesome.
