Actual cost was 2x the estimate. Due to additional parts needed, the work took 4 days instead of ****.5 days. One item of work was not done and forgotten, despite being written in the work form.

The office staff is outstanding. The worked perform was done perfectly. My only concern was that a two to three day job took five days to complete. I will still recommend this company to my friends. A complete extra detailed service of the car would be appreciated for the difficulty of the timing of the repairs. This is not a request but only a suggestion. I respect and appreciate and believe they felt bad, extra time was needed because the parts delivered were not correct. This was not the fault of Service King but the suppliers. Perhaps they should cover a home visit to detail the car through a professional company that does home car details.
