I received 2 estimates, one for the front bumper for work covered by AAA and one for the rear bumper that I was paying for.
At the time of the estimate I told Scott that I wanted to proceed with both repairs. Only the AAA repair was completed.
Scott called me a few times with updates. They had trouble finding parts (I actually provided part source they used). When he would call to say the parts had or were arriving and the car was to be painted the next day I would remind him or ask him about the rear bumber and he responded that all the work was to be completed together.
The last time we spoke, when I inquired about the rear bumper he said "you never told me you wanted to proceed with that repair". He also said the rear bumper could not be repainted and had to be replaced. This was the first mention of that and I don't know if this meant the initial estimate wasn't valid or he didn't know if he could find the needed parts.
When I picked up the car the front edge of the hood had a quarter sized chip in the paint that had been painted over (but not repaired) and the hood had been clear coated which caused any existing blemishes to be magnified.
I have been a customer of this location for over 20 years. This is the first time I have had an issue and definately the worst work by any auto body shop I have ever seen.

And he has already come up with a remedy to the issue but I wasn’t “completely satisfied” because I do have to take time to come back to your shop to get a small area on my rear bumper fixed. I would use your shop again however because your service is excellent and you offered to resolve the issue at a later date.

I was assisted right away on the phone when I called for an estimate. When I arrived for the inspection the team was also arriving & worked well as a team making sure I was taken care of.
