One aspect I hope you can assist me with. My car’s computer screen gives me an error code on the brake assist feature whenever I start the ignition. This was not happening prior to the repair work. Can you reset this for me if I bring the vehicle over to your shop? Thank you.

On Aug. 3 I came in to pick up my car (car started w/o jumper cables) and the front windshield was still damaged And Mark indicated several timed it wasn’t a part of the claim and I insisted it was. I said when I came in the represented circle all the damage and allstate did too. Then he said it’s hardly noticeable and could I just bring my car back so they can fix it on a later date I said no I have to work. A female worker came out and said I guess we missed it so keep rental car we will pay for it your car should be ready Monday Aug. 6 Car wasn’t ready Aug. 7 at 6:19pm when I arrive Mark tried to start my vehicle and it wouldn’t start so he had to jump it and then told me to drive around for 30mins to make sure I get the juices flowing. I’m totally disappointed in my service and scared about my car not starting tomorrow for work
