Very good with communication! They called several times per week, letting me know exactly what they had done to the car, what they were planning to do, and anything additional they had found once disassembly began. They were also quick with getting paperwork to and from my insurance company. My initial inspection of the work done left me VERY satisfied -- I'm a mechanic myself so I'm a bit picky when it comes to my car. The after-repair panel fit and gaps are like new, the alignment and tracking is dead-on, and the feathering of the paint is invisible.
If I ever need to have more bodywork/repairs done after a collision (it's NYC, so sadly it's likely), these guys are by far my first choice. Very respectful too. Thanks!
