I truly appreciate the staff from my first point of contact with the receptionist She always has a smile, kindness on the phone, pleasant, and then Mr Chamiga Excellent mechanic explained everything to me with a smile. Just my first visit wash the car, In all my years I have never taken my car in a week day and get It back before the end of the week , and the mechanic text me and has photos of my vehicle to show me what's going on, wow and the mechanic call to let me Know my baby is ready usually I have to call. You guys go beyond. And live up to the logos posted. I have been telling everyone about fix Auto. My baby looks like it just came off the rack. I am screaming from the mountain tops about you guys. And pleasant to each other as a a working staff. I hope to do business with you guys whenever needed. I was very impressed with the service I received from Hernan Pereira. He is solely responsible for me making my decision to let Fix Auto repair my car, when I had previously decided to take to another repair shop. The customer service I observed him extending to another customer prior to waiting on me was outstanding. I could not wait to receive the same attention, and detail to explaining to why I should use Fix Auto that I saw him extend to the customer prior to me. I would definitely recommend Fix Auto to anyone I know that is in need of body work. The Manager Jack was also very kind, and courteous when I called in to inquire how the process was going. And what was even a greater surprise was that my car was ready 5 days earlier than the forecasted date for completion of the repairs. All I can say is Thank you, thank you' I am a very, very happy customer. Your service was valued and appreciated.....Bill H
