The dealership repair shop made some mistakes and were very slow in returning my repaired car. No one seemed concerned with this so I found him and told him my story, He immediately went into action, found my correct paperwork, sent someone to retrieve my car, and stayed with me until I drove out. Fix Auto Chicago was excellent. They were courteous and got the job completed ahead of schedule. What I liked the best was that they are very proactive in identifying customer needs such as: types of questions your insurance company will ask, where the closest rental car company is located, why you should buy Lexus battery over other manufacturers, and other problems with your car (beyond the body repairs). Fix Auto Chicago is one of the best customer service companies I've ever worked with. Like a 4 star hotel for your car; top class.
