Amber and Nicole were extremely helpful and responsive. Quality of work was great, job completed on time, as promised. Kurts CARSTAR arranged everything with insurance including rental and additional claim items. Even enjoyed a visit with the owner, Kurt, when we picked our vehicle up! It stated 2 ****/2 hours charge for labor, only took about hour or a little more. Was still charged for 2 ****/2 hours. Think that's not right. Have had work our cars before always satisfied.

You did a fantastic job. I cannot even tell which fender was repaired, the right or the left. I, also, like your daily updates via e-mail. Also, your staff was professional, courteous, and prompt to any questions I had. The best part, not only did you perform an outstanding job, but you charged the least out of three estimates I got. Dropped the vehicle off to get repaired after the first repair was not done correctly, and picked it up with a large crack In the windshield. You can make me completely satisfied by returning my vehicle to me in the condition it was when I dropped it off.
