DFW Collision did a great job repairing the hail damage on my car. I took it in on a Wednesday and they had it completed by Friday afternoon. They were courteous and professional and I will be recommending them to anyone who needs their services in the future!

Although the tech/person I was dealing with was nice, but the car was not restored to the original condition. There was difference between the left and right gaps around the back/trunk area.

The gentleman working that Saturday went above and beyond to resolve the issue with the deductible. He was calm and helpful as well as maintaining great customer service. I was very impressed. Definitely deserves recognition. Wish I could remember his name.

This was a first class experience the whole way. The staff was prepared, polite, professional and exceptionally courteous. My car was completed as scheduled, and it looks AMAZING. They sent me pictures along the way, called with daily updates and really impressed me with their customer service. Well Done!
