Nothing but the highest marks for Coles. The front desk staff were extremely courteous and welcoming, Anthony was the very best! Anthony reviewed the concerns with my wife’s vehicle and provided the estimate for repairs. Josh was also the best, once the vehicle was taken apart Josh reviewed with me the hidden damages. Arrangements for a rental vehicle were seamless, the estimate of repair time was spot on and the vehicle came out perfect. I highly recommends Coles, right from the top John Cole, his phenomenal staff and the overall experience was top shelf! Thank you Coles for making a difficult experience painless!

The whole experience was great. Nobody ever wants to get in an accident but your place helped make it palatable. The work looks great and i was so impressed my car was clean inside and out. Thank you for being so kind and a great business to work with. This was my first experience. Amanda was awesome as was Allison in keeping me posted. Loved the regular texts too!!!!!
