Having the rental car available at the reduced rate was great and having the car completed the week before the estimate was spectacular. And the customer service, I think her name was Amanda, was excellent. And so was the customer service at Hertz that Amanda referred me to.

When I first came in, the man that assessed the damaged to my car was so thorough, he found a chip in the paint from the accident that was so small, I didn't notice it myself. My car was cleaned inside and out when I got it back and the job that was done was wonderful! I will be telling others about the great job done by Cole's.
