Drop car off on Monday. I didn't get an estimate until Thursday afternoon, after calling the shop Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday first. I was told that they forgot about my car. When I expressed concern about the need for many additional days on a rental car, they seemed uncaring. They only cared after I told them that my insurance didn't cover the full cost of the insurance. They scrambled to make amends, but too late a lasting impression of abusing insurance and poor customer service was made. I will not be a repeat business and will report my situation to USAA

My overall experience with this company was very satisfying. I was in New York because my daughter's father in law who was 52 years old was dying. I had my accident the 1st day I was there and he died the the 6 the day. Your company was so easy to work with it made my job easier to offer support to my daughter and two young grand daughters. Thank you all very much.

We could not be happier with our experience with Cole's Collision. Obviously, no one wants to have to deal with the aftermath of an accident, but the fantastic staff at Cole's made the process as smooth as possible, and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our satisfaction. Our vehicle was ready earlier than promised, and looks like new. We will definitely be recommending Cole's Collision, both for the excellent quality of their work and their superior customer service.
