Staff is helpful and communicates well. I was kept informed all though the process. There was never any delay when I phoned. They found my info immediately as if I were the only client in the shop. If it is necessary, I will refer family and friends. I will also become a repeat customer if needed.

I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience at Cole's. Everyone in the office was extremely respectful, friendly and most of all efficient and very knowledgeable in each of their positions. I felt like a real VIP! I was more than completely satisfied with the job. My car looked better than the day I bought it. I would definitely recommend Cole's and especially this particular office.

Excellent repair facility. So clean you could even sit on the chairs. Remarkable customer service in every aspect. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Friendly and business like. Made you feel like your concerns about the repairs were theirs. Treated you like family. ....not like the ugly redheaded stepmother!
