There are a couple warning lights coming in my dashboard. My check engine light is on which was not on before I bought my car to cole’s collision. My vsc light is on and that never went away. It was on when I brought my car to Cole’s collision.

I originally brought my car in on Saturday - I explained that I didn’t have rental reimbursement so Chris suggested I drop my car off on a Sunday night so that the maximum amount of work days in a row could happen consecutively and that I potentially could have my car back within a week. I completed paperwork for the repairs needed under the insurance claim and had an estimate prepared for a dent that occurred outside of my insurance claim so that it could be repaired at the same time. The morning after I dropped my car off Mary left a message for me saying she needed me to fill out other paperwork. I called her back later that day and left a message with Keith tonhavr Mary call me back so I could give her my contact info. I did not hear back from Mary that day. I called Mary again the day after and told her that I didn’t think she got my message. She told me she got my message but didn’t have a chance to call me back, but that I shouldn’t worry because she actually didn’t need me to fill any paperwork out. So I’m thinking okay - that’s a little concerning I wasn’t informed of this and not confident I would have been if I didn’t call back. I asked her to make sure that the other dent outside my claim was also fixed during this time. She said I would need an estimate and I told her one was already completed. She said she would review what had been done and confirmed that she put in an order for the extra repair and told the guys who were doing the fixes. She told me that I would receive a text to let me know of the progress of repairs with my car. I didn’t get any texts or calls the next few days so on friday I called to see the status of the repair. So - the car had been there 5 days at this point. I talked to Keith and he told me that there was actually a note to call me that day because the supplement had to be adjusted and a few of the items had to be converted to convential repair. I asked when the car would be done and he said that they were preparing to paint that day or Monday and I wouldn’t have it back for another week. I understand that estimated time of completion can change especially depending on repairs and workload of the shop , but the original 6 days turned into 11 days - which in total days ends up being over two weeks without a car. I picked my car up a few days ago and the damage related to the insurance claim looks great - however, the repair Mary told me would be fixed was not touched even though I had been assured things would be taken care of. I didn’t say anything at time of pickup because I just wanted the whole ordeal to be over. I understand things happen, that repairs take longer, that something may have not been communicated properly to the staff who do the repairs. The communication throughout this entire process could have been much better. Even though my car looks great, I am still very disappointed about my experience and how things were handled.
