This was perhaps my error in not asking, maybe a quick overview of what was done would have been informative.Also, I neglected to ask about your paintless dent repair option for additional work that should be addressed.

The repairs were fine, it was the time it took and the fact that you kept my car for so long that was the problem. My car was drivable and when it was discovered that you had to order parts that wouldn’t be in for a week, I should have been updated and given the option to take it home and return it when the parts arrived. There should have been more frequent updates/better communication.

I had major collision repair done. Upon picking my car up, the new headlight had condensation inside the lense and my windshield had a 11 inch crack in it that wasnt there when I dropped it off. I spoke to the manager who stated, " It's not our fault your insurance company uses used parts and your hey your other headlight doesn't look too good. I felt like he minimized my concern about condensation in the headlight and deflecting blame to my insurance company. I am okay with used parts but not defective used parts. I was told we didn't break the windshield." I told the manager, I have pictures of when I dropped it off. He said, so you took pictures of your car before you dropped it off? I said, yes for my insurance company. I felt like both answers to my concerns were met with deflection and a condesending attitude. I almost felt bullied in a way. I left this conversation with no resolution and I was told to call my insurance company. At this point, I was frustrated with the lack of accountability or attempt to resolve my concerns. After speaking to my adjuster, I had a second conversation with the service manager and this time it went much better. He said the crack in the windshield may have been there under the molding and not seen and the technician said he didnt do it. This made more sense. The crack came directly from the area of damage and I therorized, it could have extended as a result of work being done on my car from vibration ect. My insurance company agreed and covered the cost. My insurance company also covered replacing the headlamp. If I had had this second convesation with the manager in the first place, everything would have been perfect. Ultamatley, I am very pleased with the work done on my car and feel the workmanship was excellent. I had a couple little blemishes on my bumper that were touched up which was above and beyound my expectation. I feel my only complaint is how I was initally spoken to when I exspressed concern over condensation in the headlight and the cracked windshield. If that conversation would have been more customer service oriented, my experience would have been perfect.

While all the people were very very nice… There was some confusion and and I had to make 3 visits. The first week I was without a vehicle and my vehicle sat the hole time in your service lot as a few more dents were identified and submitted beyond what the adjuster had identified. I called and picked it up and drove it home for until notified that the added insurance amount was approved. The second time was 3 days and because of miscommunication the dents weren’t fixed only the glass. It was raining hard when I picked it up so I didn’t look it over until home and in my garage. The 3rd time (2 days) the dents were nicely fixed. I had bought the car at your dealership **** week before the hail storm hit and was super happy with the staff. I’m sure this was just a slip up and will bring it in for all my serving needs. Thanks
