Maybe it was just really busy and things got missed, I've usually always had great experiences at westside. This time the door that was repaired is sharp on the edge, the car was dusty in spots I've not had dust before. I feel like I had to ask for my out of pocket quote for additional repairs several times and one of the things I asked for a quote to have repaired a couple times was never addressed. And the side of part of the repaired/replaced bumper isn't attaching fully. I also don't remember an additional scratch near the bumper needing repair but maybe that was there. Hopefully we can chat about next steps. Thank you, Theresa H

I was very excited to get my car back and see the wonderful job Autobody did. They were very professional and helpful. My car looks like new They even completely detailed it! I’ll use them again if the need arises.

Repairs did take longer than originally planned due to parts not available Vehicle should have been rechecked upon drop off to identify any/all parts required and if not in stock already, get them ordered as job starts, not at the end Overall job was very well done but the several delays were frustrating

After I had called and complained about the wiring to the blinker being pulled out of the harness (that you say wasn’t your fault). I hooked my trailer up and the lights on my trailer did not work. All this worked before bringing my truck in. Also I called to have the windshield fixed and nobody came to fix the windshield like they were supposed to. I will not bring a vehicle back there.

Didn’t receive my car on time. Almost 2 weeks late. Poor communication. Had to get my car fixed the second time because the parts were just rigged back together on the car. (Pictures). Couldn’t drive my car out of the lot because they reset all of my codes without letting me know. The car was in limp mode and couldn’t reach speeds faster than 10 mph. I also had to take the car to the autobody shop to get it working properly. ETC...

This was a very easy process. I called my insurance company, out of the repair companies I selected Autobody USA. Later that day they called and set up an appointment for a quote. The quote was quick and easy, we set up a date for repair, dropped it off on that date and picked it up 4 days later. Smooth process with no hassle!! Thank you.

Had a hiccup with the finish on my front bumper. Talked to the team in the office and we have it scheduled for service. Of all the years ive been on the road and have had work done here, ill still continue to come back to see them as I know whole heartedly im in good hands. Erik and Lynda. You guys are the best and give my warmest regards to all your techs. 20/10 for the sturgis location.

My car was badly damaged with hail. I had to bring it back once for a section that was missed. One month later my sunroof malfunctioned. I had to return it again to have it repaired. Jason was fantastic, and communicated with me throughout the process. My car currently looks great and the sunroof is working again. Jason handled the situation like a professional. I am very impressed with him, and with Autobody. The question I answered from this survey was "Are you completely satisfied with your experience". My expectation was that the car would be repaired the first time, not the 3rd time. I'm a happy customer, but there were bumps along the way. Dan
