The work was not completed. It was clear and evident based on the claim that damages occurred to the door, fender and rock plate plastic panel beneath. Scratched paint on the rocker panel was never fixed, otherwise the repairs to door and fender were adequate.

I understand that it might have been a computer or deal but i was car less because of it and had no way to get around.I had to leave work early on Friday to go get my car and it wasnt done so had to call in to work.

They worked hand in hand with the insurance company to perpetrate a blatant lie. I had a situation where I had damage to my car and because it didn’t appear to come from the same thing they failed to fix it
The speculated and that’s not fair to do in these situations . I pay for insurance monthly and do so without fail and have for decades and to not be covered because of auto body and the company working to conspire against me is unjust
Because of my line of work I reach a lot of people and if I am able to sway **** or 2 people to never use auto body USA or State Farm insurance is will be happy I will do all I can to make sure people know what a scam you people are
