I dropped my Audi off the day before the 4th of July because the man that set up my appointment wanted to “get on it before the beginning of the weekend” when I showed up the lady at the front desk to me “you’re not scheduled till Monday” so I went without a car for the whole Holiday weekend when I didn’t have to. I was asked if I would like to receive updates via text messages and I said sure. On the following Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday I received texts saying my car was “right on schedule” to be picked up on Thursday. On Thursday morning I received a text that my car would not be ready for another 8 days. So later on that day I called the shop and I was told that my car could possibly be totaled by insurance company. At 430 on Friday afternoon received a call from my insurance company that car would be totaled.
Everyone at the shop was really nice to me and easy to work with. I was just really unhappy about the text service leading me on about my car. Especially being a family and trying to work our schedules around only having one car and my wife leaving work early to be available so we could pick up our car on Thursday.

To summarize: I was kept informed in a timely manner as my truck was being repaired; it was completed as promised; I trust Autobody USA-Southside to do a fine job and you did; I was delighted that the truck interior was cleaned because I did not expect that service.

My auto was damaged by a careless technician who severely scratched and gouged the finish. The storm damage of my original insurance claim was properly repaired. However, the auto was turned over to me with new damage and the new glass was filthy. My car had to be painted and detailed to remedy the situation. I was without my car for thirteen days when the original repairs were to be completed in three days.

The customer service and quality of work were excellent. Jeff was extremely honest and helpful, answering all my questions and even helping me with some things that were unrelated to the accident. Unfortunately, there seemed to be some miscommunication, because twice I had to bring it back because they had missed some of the work that was supposed to be done. It was an honest mistake, and they corrected it well, but it did prolong the process and cause more running back and forth for me. Overall though, I still really trust them and would recommend them to others.

The repair was not done well, nor completely. There was also damage sustained to the vehicle during the repair that the insurance company will not pay for. We will tell everyone not to use autobody usa coldwater.

The service was very professional and while I had never heard of Autobody USA prior to having hail damage, I would definitely refer a friend to your business. The rear view mirror was laying on the seat in the car and it would have been nice had that been reattached, but I understand it was not part of the insurance claim.
