I forgot the name of the guy who helped me, but he’s the same guy who helped me with my first claim back in mid 2017, and that was enough to **** back this year, and as long as I’m in Hampton Roads I will keep coming back. He broke down everything so I understood clearly and he took the time to get to know me. He knew who I was before I even stepped into the door which made me smile. I appreciate the help!

No communication about delays with my vehicle. I called on my way to pick up each date I was given and found out 3 or 4 different times there was a delay and it’s not ready. No explanation of why. 4 different dates to pick up. I finally get it almost a whole month later for maybe ****.5 hours and had to return it because it was not completed correctly or completely. Not satisfied at all.
