The body work and communication from the office were excellent! I was disappointed with the “detail” work on my interior. It was not completely vacuumed, and there were many places that were left completely untouched.

The area repaired is not of quality, crooked panels not in line with car body paint bubbles. Additional piece removed from car body that was not part of accident, without consent or authorization.

I was unhappy to get a text saying my car was done so i, ended up being car less for a weekend. I understand that it might have been a computer or deal but i was car less because of it and had no way to get around.I had to leave work early on Friday to go get my car and it wasnt done so had to call in to work.

This was not a repair job. Other than the miscommunication about transferring the car over to the insurance company, the experience was well done.
