I love the attention to detail I receive at Autobody. Your staff are very personable, the communication as to the progress on my car(s) is prompt and informative, and the quality of the final product is fabulous. There is only one suggestion I would offer: make sure the inspection being done after the work is done is complete. I had a couple of minor issues with my car, one that I noticed after I had gotten home, and had to drive back to have it fixed. Jeff Mello was SUPER about checking and having the issue fixed! Overall, Auto Body USA is Great!!! Thanks Jeff for your and your team's hard work! I do appreciate it!

The receptionists were extremely pleasant and helpful when I called about getting an estimate and when I arrived in the office for the estimate. I was impressed with how quickly I was given an estimate and was blown away with the opportunity to leave my car there THAT DAY for service. A rental car was quickly secured and delivered. Amazing service. LOVED the daily email updates from my car!

I picked up the car and it wasn't clean. More dissapointing is the very small scratch in one of the fenders that was just painted. I will contact the office tomorrow to fix this

The repairs were not done I am very upset that i still have no wiper motor and my fender liner was not finished. Very bad form
