although I haven't been able to completely inspect the vehicle I would have to say that I am quite pleased with the outcome.

I made an appointment with an AUTOBODY USA adjustor. When I arrived at the shop the adjustor invited me to come with him while he made an appraisal of the damage which had been done to my car. I appreciated the fact that he included me in the process. While I had looked at the damage by myself, I was not aware of all of the damage which had been done, nor how it would be repaired. He explained to me that my insurance company would approve the materials which would be used to correct the damage. Part of the damage which had been done was the right headlight was not broken, but it would not stay in place. He brought a large roll of tape and secured the headlight for me. He assured me that I would not be stopped by the police because of the headlight, if I did happen to be stopped I could show the appointment card and not be ticketed. At the end of his appraisal he made an appointment for me to bring my car back for repair the following week. I was also given a date when the repair would be completed. The day before work was to begin I received a call and an e-mail reminding me to leave my car the following day. Each day while the work was being done I received a phone call and an e-mail to inform me how long it would be before I could expect to have my car back. I am very pleased with the work which was done and my car was ready earlier than estimated. Ruth P

I just wanted to send a note of thanks for the excellent service Autobody USA Westside recently provided on my '03 Toyota Highlander. Both Richelle's and Angelo's friendliness and professionalism were outstanding. Richelle helped enormously with getting my car in and a rental lined up with Enterprise and Angelo went way beyond with what he got done for me. Whomever did the repair work did a great job, too, so they should be commended. Before taking my car in saw a negative reivew on Yelp.com that gave me pause but that was quickly outweighed by the positive reviews I saw on carwise.com.
