The interior was covered in dust, the window was grease smudged and the brand new tinting was scratched. The actual body work and paint was perfect. But the details were not there

Long story short the Mirror wasn't completed he did tell me if I wanted to bring it back they would fix it. But I have no time to do that. Also there is still a white scratch on my fender. That I did not say anything because it wasn't going to get me anywhere. The guy and girls were really polite and nice. If you want pictures of what I'm talking about let me know. The customer service & updates were great, & the actual work done on the vehicle was good, but it was returned to me very dirty. I thought the hood was all scratched up but it was actually dirt or some sort of dust. The lady at the desk when I picked it up said not to wash it in a car wash until June because they had to paint it but it could have been wiped off and cleaned up a bit. The mirror, the back seat and back bay were also covered with this dust. Maybe I'm being too picky, but someone told me it would be detailed and look really good when I picked it up so that's what I expected. Was a bit put off when it was dirty. The car was only a week old when I brought it in...

The staff was very friendly and I was well informed about the progress of the repair. The repair work was completed on time and who ever did the repair did a great job. My car looks great. My car was washed when I picked it up and someone even cleaned the inside including the floor mats. My compliments to your employees as well as your business.
