My car was fixed in a timely manner. My other estimate was almost $****,000 more. Autobody USA kept in touch almost everyday, to tell me of the progress & on time, so I could pick it up. Very happy with the out come. The car looked better than when I bought it. Thank you USA. Scott Healey.

I was not informed of any status updates pertaining to my vehicle as I was told I would be. I did not get the report of damages that was sent to my insurance company, when I was told I would. I had to call to get information about my vehicle. Also, when I went to collect my belongings from my vehicle, the front staff was very short with me and did not seem to want to help. It was one lady in particular, and I don’t remember her name. However, when I did call and speak to Rochelle, she was very happy to speak with me and answered every question I had. She is wonderful. Also, the man that helped me get my plate off my car was helpful. I didn’t get his name either.
