Upon getting in my vehicle to leave work for the first time since the ambassador delivered the vehicle to me, I noticed that the BSM wasn't turned on. Since that was the whole reason I took it into the dealership in the first place I was beyond excited that I'd have it again. Well, when I pushed the button to turn it on it immediately displayed the same Check BSM Sytem message on the dashboard that it was displaying when it lead me to know something was wrong in the first place! This tells me a couple things...either nobody checked out that it was working after "supposedly" fixing it or that the message should have been cleared after fixing, which again tells me it wasn't verified OR it moved/shifted again from the time it left the dealership to when it made it back to me. Regardless, I cannot tell you how unbelievably disappointed in this I am. I never once rushed anyone on repairing it so there should be no excuse made that you were hurried, so this needs to be fixed immediately. I will be notifying my insurance company about this, too so that they're aware of the problem since the repair was done under that. I would like to be contacted, by phone, first thing tomorrow morning once this message has been read to let me know how you're going to handle this. I can be reached at ****-****-xxxx. Thank You.
