The service was fabulous! Very professional, as usual. Really liked the creative text updates. Since the car is in my name..... And I was the one in the accident and did all the paperwork and communication, I would have liked the texts to have begun with my name, Susan, instead of my husband's name, Ronald, But that is a small item. Thank you for the great job.

When I went to pick up my car it wouldn't start. I then had to wait several minutes for the service rep to be located before the car could be jump-started. I think Willis should have made sure the battery was charged before calling me and telling me the car was ready to be picked up. Not a major problem but not the level of service I've come to expect from Willis.

The car was great. Your front receptionist Carolyn was very rude to me! She made it very clear I needed to be there before 5:30 because she was leaving and I could not get my car!! I had no intention of coming at 5:30 or after, I merely called and asked what time they closed and said I was on my way. I arrived at 5:15. There was no need for her to saw that. All she needed to say was we close at 5:30.

I was in looking at cars with Mike Oleary and then went to the collision center where I spoke with Chad who told Me on Thursday at 2 pm my car car would be ready that day but he could not specify a time . So I told him I would pick it up Friday. When I come in to get my car at 7:50 they charge me the $500. Dollar deductible and then since Chad was off today nobody was going to go over the work with me. I had to actually ask who was going to inspect my car. The admin. Acted annoyed I asked the question then went and asked a repair person he said he handle a call he just hung up with. Al the shop manager then was asked to come out and help me. When we went over the car he could not believe all the items that Were not completed with detail to the bumper being offline the buffing that was not being made flush with the car he immediately said he would make it right and I appreciated that as he was thrust into a bad situation. This was the first time in a long time my expirence had been so bad. I was upset enough that I don't know if my next car will b bought at Willis Auto. If you would have Matt Willis call me to discuss the situation ainwould appreciate it. Rodrick Mcdonald
