My 4yr old could have washed that car better the top was so dirty you couldn't even see what color it was it was dirtier than when I brought it to y'all that car should of been shining but had water spots all over it not a happy person sorry

The work seems excellent. The only problem was that I picked up the car on Thursday PM. I was to take a plane to Florida on Friday for a meeting. I decided to return the rental car Friday, on the was to the airport. I was told, at Enterprise, that Allstate stopped the rental car payments on Thursday when I obtained the car from Mac's. Because Enterprise closed at 6, it was difficult to return the car Thursday evening. They were going to charge me for a whole day on Friday. Think if I would have been charged if I had returned it on Monday (for the 4 days, while it had been parked on the driveway). I think you need to tell your customers that they should wait to pick-up the car in the morning so that they have time to return the rental and avoid a days charge. I told them I was not going to pay it and they should call the police and have me arrested and we would see what the judge said. I would have missed my plane, but I thought this was a black and white issue. They wrote off the days charge. To avoid this would have required me to pick up the truck earlier, of wait until Monday. Neither were good choices. I apologize for having you read this long-winded note. O'Neil Engeron, M.D.
