Was supposed to take 3 days and
they had my car for 10 days. I left my
Car on Monday morning at 10am
I did not receive any calls as to why
My car wasn’t ready or anything. On the
5th day (Friday) I call them and they kept

Car was in the process I was promised a
Call right back but didn’t receive a call. Thinking
My car would surely be ready on the
Following Monday. I waited Monday came and I
Got a weird text msg from carwise that the
Car was there in the shop. Then on
Tues. I got another similar msg. I waited until
12pm on Wednesday and called back. Finally
After being put on hold for a few minutes Someone
Came to the phone when I asked when I could
Get my car he didn’t seem sure at first then he said
He thought it would be ready around 4pm. I told him if it wasn’t
I was going to call Brandon Martin. He suddenly
Changed his attitude and said it would be ready
At 3. I actually picked up my car at 4 pm.
The repair looked really good. There was nothing
Wrong with their work just terrible scheduling
And letting the customer know when their car
Would be ready. When you live in Habersham
And have to make arrangements for someone
To bring you to pick up your car it’s hard.

Communication was bad throughout. Initial verbal estimate was $200 low. Scheduled an appointment, rented a car and dropped it off on Monday night. Was told was 2 day repair. Wed. get email saying you had started work and would be ready in 5 days! I had expected to pick it up Wed night. I call and am told should be ready Thurs. Thur. I get another email saying 5 days. I call and am told it should be done today and I will be called when it is ready for pick up. NO ONE EVER CALLED! I just came and turned in my rental and hoped I would have a car.
So the work looks fine. BUT the communication was terrible.
And I paid for a rental for a day that no work happened even with an appointment.
