I have, unfortunately, had the pleasure of having my cars repaired with Patrick Collision multiple times now. From the rental car pick up and drop off with enterprise, to the timely communications via text, I have to say the service is always fantastic. The work itself is also always done professionally and with great attention to detail. One thing I would have liked, I understand it may not be possible, is for my car to be a charged a little bit for when I pick it up . I made it home with barely 10 miles of charge to spare. Thank you guys for doing a great job!!

The people from Patrick Autobody were very helpful, starting when I drop by to do an estimate. They accommodated me right away even though I don’t have an appointment. Also, when it’s time for my car to be fixed. They sent me updates weekly. When I picked up the car, the car looks like a brand new car, and the exterior and interior are clean. Definitely will recommend it to all my friends and family

Service was great. The time estimate of how long the car would be in the shop was way off (told 2 weeks vs **** day). although a good surprise, just wish I knew the actual amount. But otherwise great experience. Super nice and friendly and did great work. Took care of insurance and everything else easily for me
